Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to WebOS.ink. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or initiating a project consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
These terms govern all service contracts, client engagements, and website usage between WebOS.ink ("Agency", "We", "Our") and the client or site visitor ("You", "Client").
1. Services Provided
WebOS.ink provides bespoke custom web design, eCommerce development (WooCommerce/WordPress), peptide website architectures, dropshipping integrations, and specialized SEO, GEO, and AEO optimization services.
All projects require an approved quote, agreed scope, and a signed proposal or milestone deposit before formal development or strategic work begins.
2. User Obligations
As a user of our website and a client of our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any consultation, audit, or onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials shared with us.
- You must not use our website or services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of our services.
- You agree not to engage in any data mining, harvesting, automated scraping, or unauthorized penetration testing in relation to this website.
- You must provide necessary project content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner to maintain agreed production schedules.
3. Payments, Reversal & Service Suspension
Invoices and project milestones must be cleared according to the agreed project schedule or payment terms outlined in individual proposals.
- Right to Revert Deliverables: If a project milestone or full development is completed and the Client fails or refuses to clear due invoices, WebOS.ink reserves the right to revoke software licenses, roll back deployed code, and revert the website back to its original baseline state.
- Service Suspension: In cases of default or overdue balances, WebOS.ink reserves the right to temporarily restrict, take down, or suspend live website operations, staging servers, and connected web services until all balances are settled in full.
- Final Migration: Master source files, administrator rights, and production server transfers are withheld until 100% of the invoice balance is cleared.
4. Intellectual Property
The content published on this website—including UI elements, proprietary code structures, graphics, and written material—is the exclusive intellectual property of WebOS.ink.
Full legal ownership and usage rights for custom website designs, stylesheets, and layouts developed for a specific client are formally transferred to that Client only upon 100% payment completion.
5. Service Terms & Scope
All project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are specified in project proposals. We provide structured revision rounds according to the contracted scope.
Any additional out-of-scope feature requests, complex third-party API configurations, or structural revisions after design approval will be estimated as separate deliverables.
6. Limitation of Liability
We build highly optimized websites following technical standards. However, WebOS.ink does not guarantee specific organic ranking positions, traffic figures, or revenue amounts, as search engine (Google, Bing) and AI model algorithms change independently.
WebOS.ink is not liable for indirect damages, sales losses, or server downtime caused by third-party web hosts, payment processors, or external API outages beyond our direct operational control.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial and digital service regulations. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith mutual consultation and mediation.
